The Rapid Response Sanitary Certification Program™ is only offered to clients that have completed a minimum of one year of comprehensive inspections and re-inspections in the fields of Food Recreational, and Temporary Residence safety.
Food inspections include, but are not limited to, full food safety and physical plant inspection, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), review of food production, routine staff training, review of food manager training, and compliance practices above and beyond permit issuing officials requirements. Our recreational and Temporary residence programs are similarly structured.
We work in partnership with our clients to consistently maintain and improve both the physical plant and public health model practices of the employees. Our certification means the premises meets and or exceeds the following at the time of our inspections:
- Subparts 6, 7, or 14 of the New York State Sanitary Code
- FDA Model Food Code
- NSF, (National Sanitation Foundation) standards
